IV Nutrient Therapy
Clinician-Led, Case-Specific Use

Our Clinical Position on IV Nutrient Therapy

At Confidence Fillers, IV nutrient therapy is not offered as a retail or wellness menu.

While IV nutrient infusions are increasingly marketed within the aesthetics and wellness industry, the evidence base for routine, lifestyle, or performance-enhancing use remains limited. For this reason, we take a measured, medical approach to IV therapy and do not promote pre-packaged IV “drips” or broad wellbeing claims.

IV nutrient therapy is considered only on a case-by-case basis, where clinically appropriate, following medical assessment, informed discussion, and individualised decision-making.

When IV Nutrient Therapy May Be Considered

Where appropriate, IV nutrient therapy may be discussed in specific clinical contexts, such as:

        • Documented or suspected nutritional deficiencies where oral supplementation is unsuitable or ineffective
        • Selected clinical circumstances requiring targeted nutrient delivery
        • Situations where alternative evidence-based interventions have been reviewed

IV therapy is never positioned as a first-line or lifestyle intervention, and suitability is assessed individually.

What We Do Not Offer

To maintain clinical integrity and patient safety, we do not offer:

        • Pre-set IV “drip menus”
        • Lifestyle, detox, immunity, or performance claims
        • Walk-in or non-assessed IV treatments
        • IV therapy as a cosmetic or convenience service

This approach reflects our commitment to evidence-based medicine, ethical practice, and regulatory responsibility.

Assessment, Safety & Governance

Any consideration of IV nutrient therapy is preceded by:

        • Appropriate medical history review
        • Clinical assessment and discussion of alternatives
        • Informed consent, including limitations of evidence
        • Delivery by a qualified healthcare professional
        • Adherence to current regulatory, safety, and governance standards

Our priority is patient safety, transparency, and clinical appropriateness, not volume-based provision.

A Considered, Responsible Approach

At Confidence Fillers, we believe that restraint is a marker of professionalism.

Our role as clinicians is not to offer every available intervention, but to guide patients toward options that are appropriate, proportionate, and supported by evidence. Where IV nutrient therapy does not meet those criteria, it will not be recommended.

Book a Consultation

If you would like to discuss whether IV nutrient therapy is appropriate in your specific circumstances, this can be explored as part of a medical consultation, where all options including non-IV alternatives will be reviewed.
